1. Scope of Services

Pink Bow Travel Concierge is a travel advisory service specializing in Disney destinations, Universal Orlando, and cruise vacations. My services include:

• Personalized vacation planning
• Resort and cruise bookings
• Dining and experience reservations
• Park ticket recommendations
• Customized itineraries and travel tips

I do not book flights. Clients are responsible for arranging their own airfare and ensuring flight schedules align with their vacation plans.

2. Booking & Payment Policies

• All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel suppliers (Disney, Universal, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators).
• Payment schedules and cancellation policies vary by supplier. I will provide all relevant details at the time of booking.
• Clients are responsible for making payments on time to avoid penalties or cancellation.

3. Travel Documentation & Requirements

• Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and travel documents required for their trip.
• I am not responsible for denied entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

4. Changes & Cancellations

• Modifications and cancellations are subject to the policies of the supplier (Disney, Universal, cruise lines, etc.).
• I will assist with changes and cancellations but do not have control over supplier-imposed fees.

5. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
• Clients are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance. I can provide recommendations but do not sell policies directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Pink Bow Travel Concierge acts as a travel advisor and does not operate or control any hotels, theme parks, cruise lines, or third-party vendors.
• I am not liable for any delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or changes made by travel suppliers.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information for bookings, including legal names matching travel documents.
• Clients must review all confirmations and documents for accuracy and notify me immediately of any discrepancies.
